In my opinion, the company should not be concerned with the pps at this juncture. Sure, it would be nice to use the stock as collateral for cash flow loans, but, it is not the only way to get cash flow loans. It would appear that they are moving the business forward and will be establishing credibility the old fashioned way...with operations listed in the filings. Real income, real cash flow and then they can borrow based on receivables. This approach should propel us out of penny land in fairly short order. Once that is done, they can go back to the idea of using the stock as collateral for loans if they still need it.
This will frustrate the hell out of the bashers as their efforts will remain fruitless. Yes, they are currently holding the price down, but, I see that more as a lack of interest due to corporate visibility. Once the company starts announcing and proving their successes, the share holders will come and the pps will rise.
In order for the bashers to have a strong effect on the price, they either have to effectively scare people out of holding their shares, which they are not doing on any grand scale, or, they need to make it impossible for the company to dilute without causing the price to plummet. Since they are not scaring enough share holders and the company is clearly not diluting, their efforts are in vain. The coup d' etat of the entire affair is the company's strong and forceful response to the toxic financiers....Now it is Personal!!
