2. Interim Periods. Provide a comparable discussion that will enable the reader to assess material changes in financial condition and results of operations since the end of the last fiscal year and for the comparable interim period in the preceding year.
Compared to 2013 gross revenue of $645,350 with a net profit of 57,822, 2014 gross revenue was $182,023 with a net loss was $397,897. Net loss was higher during 2014 due to staff time occupied in lawsuit work instead of billing and collection work and higher expenses for the trial related expenses such as court reporter’s and jury fees, transportation, cost of meals and parking for six week of trial.
The Issuer expects that the material changes in financial condition and the results of operation since the end of the last fiscal year and for the comparable interim period in the preceding year are that the Issuer is attempting to develop its business and bring its litigation to a successful conclusion.
