"A huge portion of the library is being completed this month in conjunction with going live on Sony and Hisense". Samsung Tizen is in final QA and has required significant re-encoding. The scaling and encoding has been moved to the Google Cloud and the company is starting with 100 instances.
So when people read this message from IR, does it seem like a majority of the 950 movies will be available to watch in UF? or what does he mean by completed?
