There have been some small pipe bombs dropped on SM that give a glimpse of what may come. What you guys were posting about earlier though is the crux of the obstacle(s) HJOE will face once filed. Toxic note vs. paid off note vs. what type of inevitable pullback will take place depending upon whats on the books when filed. Definitely, the yield gone opens the doors for more aggressive buying, but should toxic financiers dump shares into the market, what type of pullback would occur and could HJOE overcome it without having to reset in the 1s or lower?
It'll be interesting to see how it plays out post filing. I think the one thing that can overcome some of the obstacles are audited financial showing millions. I don't know if can get that high by EOY, but if its anywhere close, I think those revenues can offset any sell-off into news.
