ANSWER OR OTHERWISE
RESPOND
COMES NOW, Plaintiff, COR Clearing, LLC and hereby moves the Court, pursuant to
Nebraska Civil Rule 6.1(a), for a thirty (30) day extension of time in which Defendant, Signature
Stock Transfer, Inc. (“Signature Stock”) has to answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint
[Filing No. 1] in this action. In support of its Motion, Plaintiff states:
1. Defendant, Signature Stock, is currently due to answer or otherwise respond to
Plaintiff’s Complaint [Filing No. 1] by September 21, 2015;
2. Plaintiff agrees to extend Signature Stock’s time to answer or otherwise respond to
its Complaint by thirty (30) days, making Signature Stock’s new deadline to answer or otherwise
respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint due by October 21, 2015; and
3. This Motion is made within the original deadline established by the Federal Rules of
Civil Procedure and is not made for delay but so that justice may be done.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests that Signature Stock’s deadline to answer or otherwise
respond to the Plaintiff’s Complaint be moved to October 21, 2015.
