I respectively disagree. If products sold themselves then why advertise, hire a sales force, aggressively market your product. Product awareness is key, there was a six week window between my initial visit to best buy and the geek squad tech. In that time ultraflix icon was on their TVs but Geek rep new nothing period. Six weeks
