What's wrong with a share buyback? BLTA is going

What's wrong with a share buyback? BLTA is going to be profitable period. No massive debt compared to the other airlines and their tax benefits will yield only bigger profits. Yes expansion is necessary but so is buying back shares vs. R/S which always fails in OTC land. Before any company decides to do a R/S the fundamentals need to be in place. Now we are getting ahead of ourselves... at this point I just want to get certified which will happen.
