Netflix ? you must be kidding? No I would retain 1/2 my holdings as there would still be the hopes of a buyout down the road. Keep in mind if additional funds are needed after we max out they should have at least some additional revenues from the Paramount titles AND they could also sell a portion of their NTGL holdings that should be audited and uplisted soon.
These two factors alone SHOULD be enough to avoid an increase. If there is another A/S increase however God help us all !! If you want to go down with the ship well... go right ahead. I would consider using my proceeds to purchase more NTGL as I love their share structure, audits, and business plan
