(OTCQB: EPAZ), a leading provider of cloud based business software solutions, announces that the company is working with its lawyers to launch a revenue based crowdfunding campaign in order to fund its sales and marketing efforts. The funds will be used to increase its sales and marketing workforce. The company needs to hire additional sales and marketing personnel in order to promote its successes with implementing its cloud based solutions into new government and business customers. In addition, funds will be used to hire more developers to enhance its cloud software applications.
The company had used convertible notes from institutional investors in the past in order to complete its acquisitions. Most of the convertible notes are paid off. Unfortunately, the convertible notes increase the dilution in our stock.
