Please note for all concerned. I made a few phone calls and Emails to VStock Transfer, TECO's transfer agent this week. All of the restricted TECO shares I purchased over the past two years (1.25M) are now in my account with VStock Transfer in book entry form. They also sent me via a pdf attachment the statement for my account. At the appropriate time (e.g. post reverse split) I will contact TD Ameritrade and have them transferred to my TD account.
