BUYOUT or any merger takes time- it's not a one day thing. price negotiations and asset allocation. $$$CRGP. worth at least $.55-$1 PPS. we shall see. I don't know if there is any shorts or even NAKED shorts but if there was, boy, they better try to slow or stall this freight train that's about to come anytime this week...BOOOM!!! my only 1 post allowed.
