Drone ambulance. Invented by a Dutch student with the idea that quick reaction drones can reach heart attack victims by flying fast on a direct route carrying a defibrillator. The operator then gives instructions via a radio loudspeaker on the drone to whoever is attending the casualty.

Notice that in the early stages of development of drone products, you don't need a huge, or even conventional, manufacturing facility !
Most uses that drones will be put to probably haven't even been thought of yet.
DSUS, with Euan Ramsay as Director of R&D, should be well placed to make the developments necessary to capture a share of any emerging market for industrial / commercial / military grade products using their partner produced accessories and proprietary trademarked and patent pending items.
