*These are not true numbers but an example.* If float is 17 million. Even with the conversions. lets say there is a total of 590 million outstanding shares. Say some company shorted this for 800 million using naked shorting. Which they thought was possible because the authorized shares were raised to 3.45 billion.
Now, these companies have 800 million shares deficit to cover with only a true 590 million outstanding shares.
They will be forced to buy at your price. They are trying to cover 800 million when there are truly only 590 million outstanding.
It's what you call a short cluster fuck.
