So, tell me again how legal penny shorts cost $2.50 in margin per share?
The 8 MILLION closed short positions today would have cost 20 million to open the position.
I'm going with logic here that these short positions were opened illegally with NO underlying equity.
They will have to buy shares on open market and cover or get totally screwed with securities fraud.
ETRADE has already been fined $12 million for naked shorting.
And, it begins.
