PSGR...a brief review of prior Press Releases...MY
Post# of 1517
On June 30, 2015, Pershing Resources announced the Pilot Mill Testing with a 60 to 90 day window for the announcement of the results.
On May 14, 2015 Pershing Resources announced the acquisition of Simple Recovery.
On April 13, 2015 Pershing Resources announced the completion of the 'ore extraction test program' (Marcos ore) and included this statement 'Data regarding head ore assay values and extraction test results will be posted in the coming weeks on the Company's website'.
The investor was cautioned that the developmental plan would be cautious and deliberate and the pace has indeed been slow. With respect to the April 13 announcement, I ask for a little assistance to locate the 'Data regarding head ore assay values and extraction test results...' that are specific to the Marcos claim (minesite). I was able to locate the results of the Simple Recovery/Copper State Assays Lab assays at 0.44 yield but could find no additional follow-up data as was noted to be published on the website.
The net total of THREE Press Releases over the past SIX months is, at the minimum, discouraging. I have remained reasonably positive for the past year or more...yes, there have been moments of frustration due to the lack of information. If any member of Pershing Corporate monitors this site, he/she will be aware that investors are anticipating Test Results at the end of the 90 Day period. As I have stated in prior posts, GOOD, BAD, or INDIFFERENT, news (information) should be timely, accurate and honest in its presentation. Perhaps Pershing Corporate interprets 'Timely' as when THEY deem information should be released...if at all. I can not qualify 'Accurate' and 'Honest' as the final independently reviewed and certified assay results of the 'Sonification' Testing have not been released. If the 'Sonification' process is a complete bust...NO PROBLEM...there are more established extraction methods that are tried and true. However, if Pershing Corporation continues to advance untried and/or questionable extraction methods and claims spectacular assay results THAT CAN NOT BE REPRODUCED/REPLICATED on a continuous basis, then I would suggest that Mining Experts and, possibly, State Mining Authorities been asked to review the mining methods for accuracy in reporting. PATIENCE, I will remain hopeful that Pershing Resources has achieved its extraction goals and can start profitable production of Gold and other Precious Metals.
