Actually Heddle did try to speak for Madison County when he posted excerpts of a dated letter from Madison County without giving the full context.
It was only from research of recent Madison County statements that showed they not only do not look favorably on P2O's ability to handle the commercial volume, but they are actually interested in other pyrolysis companies.
