Anyone who was lucky enough to have bet on a sub-penny stock that went up is someone close to the action. The only people who invest so heavily in an unknown are people who think they have info that no one else does. If those same people are dumping now, there are only two reasons: 1) they need the cash and see the opportunity with everyone else frozen in anticipation of the meeting or 2) they no longer believe in the company, which has already made them $1 million and is poised to make them many, many more millions.
