I love that response from the company to the many buyout offers coming in " lets build SH value first then we will consider buyout offers. Building value means continuing uploads at this frenzied pace, growing revenues, apps on 95% of all devices that translates into what the true market cap should be but this will most likely not be reflected in the SP (b/c of the naked short crowd)
Another words when the offers continue to come in NTEK mgt will base their acceptance of the offer on their perceived market cap value (and the SP at that time of the proposed deal) will have no bearing on the offer price as they will know it ihas been artificially squashed by the criminal naked shorts
