We are boxed in at this SP with only one avenue out. NTEK is executing its plan amazingly well and the A list upload progress this month has been spectacular !!
I don't think any SH here could expect more from NTEK management as they are rocking the house and over delivering.
Unfortunately however the SP is boxed in at a penny and that is where we stay no matter if all 950 titles are uploaded tomorrow and UF gets on every single 4K device unless the following happens:
As most here have stated repeatedly we are at the mercy of the naked shorts and MM's who will not let this go. The naked shorts have nothing to lose as the SEC is weak and the criminals know they are not being pursued. These bastards CAN & WILL keep the SP down here at these levels much much longer than anyone thinks.
What can stop this? Tremendous buying pressure, annual revenues in the hundreds of millions, audits, and even the company buying back shares cannot stop these evildoers. Nope these guys will just continue to naked short even a larger percentage of the float. Remember they have nothing to lose as they know they will never be caught.
I loudly applaud NTEK's execution of their plan and we are making rapid progress to UF becoming a household name with millions upon millions of subscribers with 2016 revenues in the hundreds of millions. The naked shorties however are not scared as they have nothing to really lose.
Only thing that stops this maddening cycle is (yes you guessed right) is a buyout. Even those here who have stated repeatedly they are not in favor of a buyout have not come up with a solution to overcome the naked shorts. Remember the company could buy up the entire float (as one co did previously) and the naked shorts would continue to short these make believe shares. .
To say we are extremely undervalued here is a vast understatement. Wait until we have over a 1000 titles up and we are trading at a penny. I for one am buying more shares tomorrow, the next day, and the following months because I now have 100% confidence NTEK management is executing like gangbusters. However it is now apparent our only avenue to our deserved SP and market cap of 50 to 100 times where we are currently trading at will be the result of a buyout. Trust me when we have so much going for us and are trading a few cents or less the sharks will feed and the company will be compelled to sell I believe it will be at a price level that will please most of us here.
