Well, The SEC has put another attorney on the case against The Fab 31 ....
Remember this case is supposed to be a cake walk for them. As it is so evident Treaty is guilty.
I think the possible dismissal of the case against Lee S shook the SEC up pretty good. If this is such a slam dunk case why keep adding such team of big hitting prosecutors ?
Here's a briefing on him. His specialty is highly complicated cases ... LOL
Attorney and CPA with over 17 years of combined legal and business experience. This experience includes ..... taking a lead role in highly-complex cases and investigations ....... managing and resolving multi-million-dollar disputes, counseling executive-level management at Global 100 corporations on issues ranging from litigation strategy to accounting and finance policies and procedures, and supervising the work of professional and administrative staff.
Nothing happens till the filings get done. Agreed. But the case does not appear to be that solid.
And if FINRA had denied Treaty the merger and R/S, it would have been known by now and would have been posted all over by ColoradoGold / Hallin
