Hmm Does this place limit posting? Just curious.
So so far my DD has concluded to this.
I got in right after stock was at the low of 0003.
I have had level 2 pulled up every single day since then off and on monitoring it.
A/S was increased to 5 billion shares
Ceo Issues Controlling shares and sucked up some of the toxic debt herself and owns roughly 2.5-2.7bil restricted shares as control purposes, which we can only sell 1% per quarter if she wanted to.
Public float is roughly 1.4-1.6 Billion shares after conversions finished.
If you watched L2 during the month of May/June you would have seen when notes "hit the market" there was a few buy orders placed in of literally 125+million buys I watched 2 occasions where we went from 0007/0008-0014-0015 on a single buy order.
I sincerly do not believe this was a random person investing 150 grand at once into a stock this low.
Next we get Official News in regards to notes finishing, and the hoping of securing new equipment lines for Boreal and furthering Asian Contracts.
During the Expo in China More then 1 investor recieved emails from Francine stating the Expo was going amazingly well and new deals should hope to be finished before to long from it.
Boreal Goes and hires a new Auditor (After years of the same one i might add) who specializes in Mergers / Buyouts / Acquisitions.
Fins go late / Company goes silent more or less.
Company however continues to Exactly mirror St-Elies official pages with Boreal official pages.
Company also hints heavily at a single client (Wat-aah) by posting multiple news articles related to Wat-aah growing, which could just be saying hey our buddies are doing good.
Francine said on both the facebook page and in email and phone conversations that she hoped news was announced last week. However anyone with OTC experience or investing experience knows things can take time to unfold.
I have now seen over 5 members show me screenshots of holding over 50 million shares, one of which is nearing 200 million himself now.
The fact anyone and i mean anyone, millionaire investor or not, would sleep while holding 200 million shares of a 000 stock that has not done news or fins in months tells me flat out he knows something coming.
Everything could be coincidence, but to me it all points to the same scenario outcome.
Boreal > St Elle > Wataah in some fashion i believe will be publicly traded under the same symbol here soon.
The Alternative however is.
A/S Raised / Notes converted for whatever reason. Dilution happened (company made money off dilution)
Company then puts out a bunch of fluff pr / emails / phone convos
Company is ?waiting? to do some type of R/S A/S raise again? which mind you would be the FIRST TIME EVER since Francine took ownership of it.
And somehow they have refused funding / toxic or not, since 2014 yet are going under and bankrupt as the idiots on ihub are claiming lol.
To me Option 1 is much more likely.
