The only "lie" I saw was when he said Kyle was selling shares. Everyone knows Kyle sells debt notes and gives OUTRAGEOUS discounts (referred to by the SEC as Death Spiral).
I think he said Kara was selling for SFRX, which is also not likely.
Other than that we know SFRX does not have an 80/20 agreement in place, yet they suggested as much to the Court in the original complaint, among other false claims.
We know SFRX lied to the Court exactly as I showed you in the prior post, but for some reason that Motion was never ruled on by Judge Foster.
That is disrespectful to Judge Cook. The 13th Circuit rotates judges, that's fine. But when a party in a case tries to use that in an effort to deceive the incoming judge, that's despicable.
And that's EXACTLY what Kyle and Kraig did.
