Unfortunately, as LR discovered, since we are a "penny stock" we are not protected by the 1995 revisions to the securities law. Because of that, Rosen does not have to have a minimum level of "proof" to sustain his case at this point. Instead, his case can go on for years while he harasses the company with depositions, interrogatories, and other avenues of "discovery". If we were up-listed to either of the major exchanges, he would have to have had a "real" basis for his allegations BEFORE he filed the lawsuit.

Just reading the complaints, a judge is going to know something is wrong. They're poorly written and the accusations aren't even substantiated. These are going to go as far as 99.9% of them do: nowhere.
