but ironically it was just about a year ago .. (from memory
so it's quite possible i'm off a day ... but i believe it was 9.16.14
was the last day IB had *shares* of PTOI to *access* till that 1M
cert *got loaned* .. imo .. in advance of becoming unrestricted by about 5.5 mos)
