This is an excellent idea. Might I suggest that someone put together a post with links to all the supporting documentation that should be filed with the complaint. It would also be helpful if someone could provide a template with some boilerplate language for the actual complaint. - thefamilyman

I would like to inform anyone interested in responding to the Rosen Lawsuit that they can and should file a complaint against Mr. Kim and his partners at the firm with the New York State Supreme Court Appellate Division fourth judicial Department. The website is
www.nycourts.gov/courts/ad4/AG-complaints.htm
The complaint should claim a violation of Rule 3.1 "Non-Meritorious Claims and Contentions" of the NY State Unified Court System part 1200 rules of Professional Conduct. This document can be found at
www.nycourts.gov/rules/jointappellate/NY-Rules-Prof-Conduct-1200.pdf
I havent looked up the rules of professional conduct for the federal courts. Im sure there is a complaint process for them as well. Perhaps someone can look up the process and post what they find. Mr. Kim has taken a vow to uphold these rules to operate in NY so the NY state courts should apply.
Fellow CTIX shareholders, if enough of us file complaints and provide copies of all the evidence to support it ie letters from Leo and Foxchase etc to support the complaint it could result in an investigation of the attorneys involved leading to discipline up to disbarment. Fight the good fight. It costs nothing to do and can be very effective. Go CTIX!
