Kraig Biocraft Laboratories, Inc. is a development-stage company. The Company was to develop high strength fibers using recombinant Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) technology, for commercial applications in both the specialty fiber and technical textile industries. Specialty fibers are engineered for specific uses that require strength, flexibility, heat resistance and/or chemical resistance. The specialty fiber market includes two synthetic fiber products: aramid fibers and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber.
