A friend of mine told me abut this company the 2nd

A friend of mine told me abut this company the 2nd week of August. I tried to call IR several times and was unable to get through. This concerned me to the point that I almost did not invest. I did buy 1.7 million shares but did not think I would be getting the dividend. I ended up selling between .006 and .008 with the last chunk getting sold a few hours before it halted trading at .003. So I have been extremely lucky in my timing on this issue. I have been buying shares back since it opened on the greys....I have 2 million but will get more if it continues to trade through the week. What I did find out Friday is how difficult it is to buy the stock. I had orders in at .0008 that were not getting filled then when I changed it to .001they filled it at .006...very strange. The last order I had in at .001 and never did execute despite the fact that the stock was trading at .0003 and .0004. I do not know if we will be given stock in the new company or a cash buyout, but I do know that this stock has been very good to me and I don't think that is going to change.
