My opinion is that it would serve IH better to hire responsible Admin who pay attention, enforce their TOS fairly and in a timely manner, and create an environment that encourages constructive debate about the stocks and companies that are the topics of the message boards.
As it is, if the spammers and the discussion they generate is a huge plus, it speaks volumes about the quality of IH. IH is like the wild west, where every mod does their own thing, and admin doesn't give a damn.
