If the company were able to buy almost all their shares back, then they could offer a much higher buy out price per share and then, if there were any NSS shares out there that haven't been reported, when all shares are called in for FINRA and the TA to review, someone other then the company will be forking out a lot of money. Way more then the 4 mil COR had to pay, lol.
