PLN took advantage and tried to pull a fast on on Hjoe. From what I hear they run and unethical business practice and lie about their products and mislead customers. Dr Oz went after PLN I believe. They did false promotion of Dr. Oz endorsing the products they were supporting and marketing.
when he went forward to face them and make it public the sent him an immediate letter to Cease and desist against him. hmm...why would a company so compliant with confident about a apparent sponsorship tell him of all people that?
