whether aware or not toxic lenders make things very enticing to desperate cos or companies in general needing quick financing esp when their stock continues to be shorted down. not very encouraging to outsiders looking in and trying convince skeptics to invest. markets and forum makes a co. look bad. thorough dd or insider info is the only way to weed out junk.
