(SEHK:38) entered into an equity transfer agreement to acquire remaining 24% stake in YTO (Luoyang) Shentong Construction Machinery Co., Ltd from YTO Group Corporation for CNY 1 in cash on March 19, 2012. The consideration shall be paid within 20 working days upon signing of the agreement. The transaction will be funded by internal resources of First Tractor.
