*VERY IMPORTANT* the real numbers short number wont come out if shorts do not settle within 16 or 23 days from initial interest. by this time if they do not cover there is a failure to deliver. thats where they get you. We might be waiting until the end of september before this is all straightened out. Most people will fall into not having the patience and will eventually sell. IMO.
That being said if shorts are able to cover amounts from selling the continuous net settlement is extended... HOLD!
