I haven't received a proxy either. Three weeks to go. MY gut tells me they have no commitment on the funding yet. Maybe the % is too low and Dave won't budge. It just seems someone with you know what needs to step up to the plate and anty up. Easy for me to say I know because it's not my 2.5 million but my nearly six digits in this company is equivalent to a wealthy investor's 2.5 million in my opinion. If Dave says it works and has proof what's the hold up. The world is in such chaos with cyber attacks, terrorist, etc. it's prime time to have an application like this on the market. It will be well into next year if someone invest now before it hits the street. Are we waiting for someone else to take the lead? Technology is a very competitive market and I think there is someone else out there that is close with a similar product. First come first served in my book. I've raised capital, managed both private & public companies in the 40+ years of my business career. Dave needs to get this application moving sooner than later. I'm behind him and support him but time is money. JMO
