Winston and Gomez are absolutely correct. Valuation is completely out of wack and you MUST believe NTEK's model is a failure for you to sell at sub penny. 74 million in projected revenue next year and films uploading daily...you honestly gotta have a screw loose to think NTEK is failing. How many new encoders are they building and getting online this weekend? Why in the hell would a failing company invest 10's of thousands of dollars and millions more on infrastructure and content if they were failing?
The company addressed the pump and dump email scheme that has been circulating. If I had a large short position in NTEK and figured I'd hold that position, cap any bull runs and continue to beat them down with the help of the companies continued dilution until they went bankrupt. But what if I had deep pockets and influence in certain markets. Lets say I was a hedge fund and my influence could stall a deal or two or maybe even kill one all together. What if I could keep an app in testing for the better part of a year even though it would've been ready months ago? Would I use my influence to do that so I wouldn't have to cover my short position or deliver the pre-borrowed (naked) shares I sold short? If I was unscrupulous and counterfeited those shares, HELL YEA you can bet your ass I would use whatever influence I needed to essentially write myself a check and never have to pay it back.
So how long did it take to get an UltraFlix app through testing at Vizio, Hisense, Samsung. What were the hold ups if any? There are nefarious forces at work in the OTC and to be sure, NTEK threatens the very existence of several billion dollar companies.
If you believe in the NTEK's model, if you believe in management then forget the daily pps all together. Some of these MM, dealer-brokers and hedge funds can be like a cancer. The only way to cut them away from the host is continue to build the business and generate revenues AND for the company to be open, accessible and transparent. Fuja met with NTEK this week at their San Jose office and had a great report that people need to read.
Finally, understand the risks of penny stocks, they're extremely high BUT lucky for you NTEK was on your radar and not some company trading on concepts, no revenue, billions of shares and toxic debt.
My advice is to simply hang in there and you will undoubtedly be rewarded. By the way, I'm putting my money where my mouth is and buying significantly more shares.
