I see the muppets are still droning on (pun intended) about the certs. They continue to display their ignorance about every aspect relating to the issue.
DSUS did not automatically inherit a $4M liability in relation to the certificates after the reverse merger.
Most "long" shareholders who understand where DSUS will be in the marketplace within the next year support the BOD prioritizing working on protecting their proprietary products and growing the start-up business in the burgeoning drone market, rather than being concerned with secondary issues at this time.
The cert redemption can be handled in due course - and there are many different ways that might be handled. Most shareholders will just treat its as a nice bonus.
