Yep. They have been doing for a long time, I think more than 16 months. But it comes at a point you need to start questioning mgt how they can bring a true value to share price. Well based on my observation in last 18 months I don't think this mgt capable of resolving this. We are in mercy of naked shorters and MM and playing with us once a while.
