Though in this case I believe they were given a wakeup call from the SEC. Also in light a some resent FINRA lapses they are being more vigilante now. "
From what I gather somebody requested the SEC to notify finra because they are " asleep at the switch"
And the above post seems to state there is knowledge the SEC has been notified to notify finra to deny all teco requests.
Pretty plain to see...
Also note the Freudian slip using the word vigilante instead of vigilant...
