I've seen the "NO PROCEDE" but that's irrelevant. BGL camp has always said that Southridge did not exist and was a fraud because it never appeared in the Mexican Mining Registry. Now Southridge does appear on the concession titles and it is a legitimate business name and therefore the name is not fraud. Southridge being non existent and a fraudulent business can not be claimed anymore. They will have to come up with something new, now that we have established that Mineria Southridge was a real company with a real business name. It's all in the hands of MSJ now. MSJ needs to try and make a deal with other companies.
