I agree it's the kind of thing that raises suspicion. The thing is we don't know who told Jersey about it. Maybe it was on the Epic site for a while. Those guys at Epic have done a great job promoting RMH in New York State, but they sure could do better with their web site maintenance. It probably comes down to one or more goofs and not anything sneaky.
