"I will detail my master plan in the conference call. I am certain the shareholders will be pleased.
One last thing, to date I receive $1/year ($0.08 every two weeks) on payroll. I don’t sell stock. I only receive cash way down the road when this company has executed my business plan.
I get nothing until this company has successfully executed my business plan. It’s value-based management all the way -- and will be in place by the conference call. So far our team has successfully executed 10 for 10 and we intend to keep that record."

Ha! One thing I can say is that Mr. Bordynuik wasn't lying there. His business plan was to lie to shareholders about accounting and about fake claims of $10/bbl crude oil and to sell shares to those investors. Mr. Bordynuik executed successfully on his business plan to swindle investors.
