Spot on! Why are they so afraid to have the FINRA short sales reported?
FINRA has stated those numbers tend to be understated with t trades being excluded. They also don't like the wash trades spoken about either. They do the wash trades to lower the FINRA short percentage and to increase the volume so it looks like it would take fewer days to cover the legit short position.
They would prefer investors not know this information. Go CTIX!!!
