I can't help but wonder how you think this barrage

I can't help but wonder how you think this barrage you have started is going to help you--if you are LONG. I can certainly see how it will help you SHORT, though. If you have so much damning info, why didn't you just cut your losses and move on? I don't see how anything you've brought to light is a big deal. There are all kinds of companies who allow their products to be sold under a private label and agree to non-disclosure.
