If Cruz is prequalifying milestones before funding for such milestones is already guaranteed; he will fail in the OTC and be out of business within a relatively short period of time. Credibility and proving milestone success is key in the OTC. GRCU has already left many shareholder questions on the table. Anybody can PR hopes and dreams! If these PR'D hopes and dreams aren't imminent then the PPS will eventually drop to .0001 and then lawsuits will fly at Cruz and GRCU. Cruz and company will find themselves in deep chit. GRCU will hit the greys if he doesn't prove out this last PR and Cruz will be investigated by the SEC and he will lose his $100K+ personal investment! He better be on the level and he better have a plan to fund these goals or he can eventually kiss his net worth goodbye!
