I strongly suspect that we will be hearing from the FAA sometime next week. I also think that the chances of getting a full 'PASS' for the last mini are extremely positive. In my opinion over the last few weeks the FAA has been preparing the documentation to present Baltia with a 'PASS' for the mini and a 'GO' for the proving flights. I also think that the FAA would have informed Baltia a long time ago if they had failed the mini.
Government documentation is cumbersome, complicated but thorough and thus takes time to prepare.
My comments are based on 35 years of experience in dealing with government agencies in the aircraft design and test engineering business.
