Is Heddle going to go another year without an Annu

I believe that Delaware law allows for any shareholder to petition and force an annual meeting if one hasn't been announced withing 13 months of the previous one. However Nevada law requires one or more shareholders holding at least 15% of the voting power if the annual meeting is not held within 18 months after the last election of directors.
With the company sitting idle and the stock being down 87% since Heddle took over two years ago, chances aren't great.
So much for the "increased transparency" that Heddle promised shareholders.
