I hope that you are right and CTIX does not have to RS to up-list. However, the days of $3.50+ were before the manipulators and market makers took control. Yes it's only 20 cents and again, I hope that you are right. But we need more buyers, and on the Pinks, that means we need more retail; because most institutions are NOT allowed to play the Pinks. So who of us retail is going to step the buying? I don't know about you but I'm as loaded as I can afford to be.
Again, I hope the 10-K comes out and we up-list shortly thereafter.
