I see the bashers are stating CRGP will never trad

I see the bashers are stating CRGP will never trade again, yet at least one person has been able to set his account to sell some of his position, which he wasn't able to do before and another has had her Etrade hold lifted on the divi.
So, could that be a clue that something is happening?
Or about to happen?
