Who's making money off of PTOI? It has dropped over 99% in the last few years.
Well, John Bordynuik made some millions of bucks before he jumped ship.
And Heddle? Who knows. All we know is that he made $4.5 MILLION vanish in the first six months of 2014 and 2015, while racking up interest on his "loans".
