DES and SHAM ARE ON BOARD
Thats all well and good if you are a flipper, day trader. They hype the stock and sell into the rise. Its called Pump and dump. The results must come from the company and actual completion of their announcement and not just rhetoric. I see too muck hype and little results. But that is just my opinion.
